COFFEE PROFILE

The cherries are picked by hand, sorted, cleaned many times and placed in stainless steel tanks for fermentation for more than 70 hours. With Natural (winey natural), you might expect an extremely sweet and aromatic Robusta with flavors of wine and chocolate created by complex anaerobic processing in climate-controlled containers.
